About the Role
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage a cross-channel content calendar (website, social, retail) aligned with product launch cycles, retail campaigns, and seasonal priorities
- Translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits and storytelling themes
- Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Creative teams to align messaging across all touchpoints
Performance-Driven Optimization
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, CTR, dwell time, engagement, and assisted conversions
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Similarweb to identify SEO opportunities and measure success
- Continuously A/B test content formats, headlines, and CTAs to improve conversion rates
Campaign & Launch Support
- Craft content for global and regional product launches (landing pages, announcement posts, demo scripts, influencer toolkits)
- Partner with media buying and performance teams to ensure consistent messaging across paid and owned channels
- Support go-to-market strategies with demand-gen content like buyers' guides, FAQs, comparisons, and lifestyle storytelling
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Brief and manage internal/external copywriters, video editors, and localization partners
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and compliance standards (including sustainability and safety claims)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in consumer electronics or a related tech-driven category (e.g., smart home, kitchen appliances, personal electronics)
- Proven ability to translate technical features into engaging, benefit-led content for a variety of formats: product pages, blogs, how-to guides, emails, and social
- Strong SEO knowledge: understanding of keyword strategy and on-page optimization
- Experience working with content and campaign planning tools like Asana, Trello, or others.
- Ability to create and adapt content for different personas and buyer journeys, especially in a D2C and omni-channel retail context
- Strong project management skills—comfortable owning timelines and leading cross-team execution
- Optional: experience working with or briefing influencers, product reviewers, and tech journalists
- Skilled in using CMS platforms and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.) and ability to write content for automation and segmentation
