Your Impact

As a consultant in our two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP), you will work on client engagements similar to other McKinsey consultants. Your responsibilities include problem identification, hypothesis formation, analysis, and developing recommendations. The program combines on-the-job coaching with structured capability-building, focusing on operations excellence in areas like manufacturing, supply chain, and more.

Post-program, successful consultants join our global network of operational experts. You will be based in one of our European offices and engage in functional training, gaining expertise in specific operational areas.

Our Operations Practice helps clients solve complex operational challenges by developing and implementing effective strategies, particularly in supply chain management, to improve customer service and reduce costs.
