Here’s your chance to join! Effective immediately, we’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Coordinator (all genders) looking after Benelux, GSA and Eastern Europe to join us at our Germany offices in Berlin. It will be a permanent full-time position reporting directly to our Senior Manager Commercial Marketing, Central and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities
  • You support the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager Central and East Europe as required with admin and operations, looking after Benelux, GSA and Eastern Europe
  • You directly manage some smaller DSP partners and deal with incoming requests from DSPs, label partners and internal stakeholders overall
  • You collect and organize release information from artist/label partners for DSP pitches and are responsible for quality control, editing pitch information as well as managing and submission of release pitches in DSP partner tools
  • You build newsletters for DSP communications and decks for DSP presentations as well as internal meetings
  • You track and analyze the performance of releases via various data platforms
  • You manage and track digital audience growth for artist/label partners
  • You record new release DSP editorial placements for communication to our artist/label partners
Qualifications
  • You hold a degree in Music Business, Marketing or a similar field, or have gained the required knowledge through relevant work experience
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a comparable role; internships within music labels, distributors or other music companies are valuable; prior experience with DSPs, digital marketing or social media is beneficial
  • You are experienced in project management, administrative tasks, and have the ability to create cohesive presentations
  • You are in tune with the German music and social media landscape; up to date on music culture, artists, genres, digital/traditional media channels, and trends
  • You are experienced in data interpretation (e.g., marketing and streaming KPIs) and can analyze trends to inform decisions
  • You are fluent in English and German (C1 level in both)
