The role

The Commercial Finance Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, driving insights into business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate closely with financial controllers and commercial teams to ensure compliance, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly sales data for commission calculations in partnership with Global Sales Compensation.
• Drive commission calculation, support target setting and management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to financial statement preparation and performance reporting across timeframes.
• Deliver clear insights into business drivers and trends through sharp commentary.
• Collaborate with Controllers for accurate, timely reporting and compliance.
• Analyze multi-source data to uncover opportunities and guide strategic actions.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting across business units.
• Ensure adherence to Group financial policies and controls.

Skills

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with experience in Commercial Finance or Sales Ops.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros/VBA) and strong analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with precision and insight.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, ERP, and BI tools is a plus.
