Our client is a leading MedTech company, that provides minimally invasive medical devices across the globe. As a family-owned business, our client is committed to providing the best outcome for the patients and simpler and more effective options for the doctors.

Due to expanding their business in Germany, they are now looking for a Clinical Support Specialist in South Hamburg or Central Hannover, who will sell the vascular product portfolio by providing hands‑on clinical support and training to physicians. The CSS will also act as a clinical expert within the vascular team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and other potentially related products
  • Responsible for :
  • Services to be provided to defined hospital customers
  • Treatment planning & related support
  • Operating room presence and assisting staff in achieving successful outcomes with the vascular products
  • Daily contact management
  • Realisation of product launches
  • Presentation of new technologies
  • Searching for further potential that can be exploited by customers
  • Provides technical product training for clinical staff as well as supporting the vascular team as needed in the use of Cook's medical devices
  • Provides information to Regional Business Managers, Commercial Business Managers, and Account Specialists regarding developments and trends within the product portfolio
  • Provides timely market information and appropriate feedback to divisional personnel
  • Explores and evaluates new product ideas, provides appropriate information to the Sales Manager, Account Manager, and facilitates communication on an ongoing basis
  • Ensures that all new or updated product information is communicated to and understood by customers and the team
  • Attends relevant local and international trade shows, conferences, and presentations where relevant information is shared with the divisional team
  • Submits written reports to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate
