Job Sub-Function: Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission)

Locations: Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany; Bonn, Germany; Cologne, Germany; Düsseldorf, Germany; Norderstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Visiting and consulting patients and clinical staff for haemostatic products for intraoperative bleeding situations.
  • Directly build a custom portfolio that fits each clinical customer.
  • Helps manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to implementation within operating theatres, pharmacies and hospital procurement departments.
  • Runs product training and one‑on‑one continuing education for physicians and clinical personnel about materials and bleeding management.
  • Communicates study results and clinical value to healthcare providers.
  • Organises local conferences, trade shows and venues and participates in other external events.
  • Provides launch support for new products such as ETHIZIA.
  • Accountability for total sales of haemostatic products in a defined territory and capture new market share.
  • Translates product‑ and marketing strategies into sales plans and product innovations.
  • Provides reporting and territory analyses and works with senior sales leadership for opportunity development.
Qualifications
  • Health‑care professional background: registered nurse, OR specialist, or a doctor‑qualified background in general surgery, spinal surgery, or an accredited degree in business, health‑management or natural sciences.
  • Experience as a Pharmareferent or equivalent clinical sales qualification (75 AMG).
  • Clinical sales experience, ideally in an operating‑room setting or medical technology environment.
  • Proficient with IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communicator, authentic team player, reliable and organized.
  • Self‑directed, structured workflow and high organisation skill.
  • Strong motivation, high customer focus and results orientation.
  • Creative and adaptive to change.
  • High communication and persuasion power.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and attend congresses.
  • Fluent German; English a plus.
