An opportunity to create significant impact and growth in a rapidly expanding environment is being offered.
Permanent contract – Full time | Luxembourg
Our client is a fast-growing, premium coliving operator reinventing the way people live together. The company designs, develops and operates high-quality living spaces where design, sustainable comfort, community spirit and outstanding member experience come together.
Certified B Corp, the organisation embeds long-term value creation, responsible growth and positive social impact into every decision. Member experience, asset sustainability and human coherence are at the core of its model. The company does not simply manage houses – it builds engaged, resilient and meaningful communities.
Backed by strong and committed institutional investors, with major investments planned for 2026, the group is entering a phase of accelerated growth across Europe. Within this strategy, Luxembourg is a key city for scale, structuration and long-term development.
The Luxembourg market is scaling rapidly and represents a major growth lever for the group:
This acceleration phase requires strong leadership – someone able to own city-wide performance, anticipate operational challenges and lay solid foundations for sustainable growth.
Our client is looking for a City Manager Luxembourg who will take full ownership of the city, accelerate its development, structure the local organisation and guarantee operational, financial and human excellence.
You define, drive and execute the local business strategy. You turn ambitious vision into clear priorities, concrete action plans and measurable results, in close collaboration with group-level stakeholders.
You oversee all local activities: project management, day-to-day operations, customer experience, acquisition and development. You ensure smooth coordination and deliver structured, reliable and decision-oriented reporting.
You recruit, structure, train and inspire your local team. You develop skills, clarify roles and create strong collective momentum. You’re not just building a team – you’re building a scalable, high-performing organisation.
You embody the company’s values on the ground. You ensure the culture is lived every day through decisions, behaviours and the experience delivered to both members and teams.
You empower your teams, foster autonomy and support decision-making at all levels. You work closely with central teams to enable fast, bold and well-aligned strategic arbitrations.
You hold full responsibility for the local P&L. You manage revenues, costs and profitability, conduct the necessary analyses and provide clear, structured and actionable insights to the group.
You ensure an outstanding experience for every member, from first contact through long-term retention. Operational excellence, service quality and continuous improvement are part of your DNA.
You bring a strong background in strategic roles combining business, operations and leadership. You’ve evolved in demanding environments such as consulting, city management, operations leadership, investment or hospitality.
Complex situations energise you. You know how to analyse, structure, arbitrate and turn multiple challenges into pragmatic, actionable solutions.
You’re comfortable both at executive level and in hands‑on team management. Presentations, reporting, team alignment – you know how to make messages clear, engaging and effective.
You naturally create trust and engagement. You unite teams, build strong relationships with local partners and actively contribute to a differentiated member experience.
Autonomous, results‑driven and proactive, you don’t wait for permission to act. You spot opportunities, take initiative and build the road as you go.
You are comfortable with KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking tools. You turn data into smart decisions and tangible improvement levers.
Fluent in French and English – mandatory in an international environment.
Experience in customer experience, reporting, operations or hospitality is a strong plus.
This is not a maintenance role.
It’s a build, structure and lead role with real stakes.
If you’re looking for real impact, full ownership and genuine room to manoeuvre, this role is for you.
