Executive Management Assistant - job post

As an Executive Management Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO to support all aspects of top-level operations. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid position (1-2 days per week in the Berlin office, flexible) requiring fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting research and preparing materials to support strategic decision-making
  • Assisting with the evaluation and preparation of investment decisions
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies
  • Drafting job role descriptions and organizational structures
  • Driving initiatives in digitalization and automation
  • Supporting compliance and IT security efforts
  • Organizing and preparing top management meetings, as well as meetings with customers and strategic partners
Qualifications
  • You bring an energetic, structured, and strategically minded approach to your work
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • You have strong skills in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Power Automate, and are comfortable with general IT infrastructure
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • You have strong communication skills in English (required); German language skills are a plus
  • You have a genuine interest in continuous learning and professional development through external training
