FLOCERT is looking for a senior growth leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. In this role you will drive the development and commercialisation of new and existing services, strengthen client and stakeholder relations and build the organisation’s capability to design market‑ready offerings beyond the Fairtrade core.
Masterâs degree in Business, International Business, Economics or similar
Several years of senior leadership experience in business development or commercial growth roles
Recognised track record of taking services from concept to market, not only strategy or research
Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills in complex, international environments
Ability to develop others and introduce product-building discipline into existing teams
Excellent communication; fluent in English (other languages an asset)
Purpose-driven international environment with direct strategic impact
