Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for contract manufacturing and electronic components
• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams for new product introductions
• Monitor market trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and sustainability standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or category management (EPC, industrial automation, manufacturing)
