ROLE AND PURPOSE: The Campus Testing Facilitator will coordinate all aspects of state and locally-determined testing, including training and administration.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification preferred
Experience:
- Three years teaching experience
- Successful experience in a test environment
Major Responsibilities And Duties
- INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Provide campus-wide leadership in state and locally-determined testing.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for test administrators, monitors, principals, and technology staff.
- Work with staff to analyze campus testing data through various media, including visual aids and technology tools.
SCHOOL/ORGANIZATION CLIMATE- Demonstrate positive interpersonal and communication skills.
SCHOOL/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPROVEMENT- Perform campus improvement duties as designated by the campus principal.
ADMINISTRATION AND FISCAL/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT- Adhere to all state and district testing guidelines.
- Prepare and manage paper and online test administrations, including test materials.
- Facilitate proper administration of tests.
- Maintain test materials and documentation.
STUDENT MANAGEMENT- Support staff in identifying students based on testing data after testing functions are completed.
SCHOOL/COMMUNITY RELATIONS- Prepare and deliver testing results to staff and community.
PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT- Gain knowledge of the Texas Assessment Management System and local data systems.
- Attend campus coordinator training.
Supervisory Responsibilities- Oversee all campus testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with testing regulations.
MISCELLANEOUS- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to analyze data within district management systems.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Work may include irregular hours and varied schedules.
