We are seeking a skilledC++ Developerto join our expanding IT development team inPrague, focused on trading technologies. You will contribute to the evolution ofT7, our high-performance trading platform known for its ultra-low latency, robustness, and ability to handle extremely high throughput. T7 supports multiple derivatives and cash markets, serving both low- and high-frequency trading participants. As we extend our services into new business areas, we are growing our team to meet increasing demands forcomplex functionality,high availability,low latency, andscalability. This role offers a technically challenging environment with strong opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. You will collaborate closely with colleagues inEschborn and Prague, working in a supportive and innovative cross-location team.

Your responsibilities:
  • Be an integral part of a small and progressive team in Prague, involved in every stage of development, from ideas through implementation to maintenance in production.
  • Use your C++ expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend solutions forlow‑latency trading platform.
  • Design technical concepts based on functional trading requirements.
  • Analyse business requirements and implement new features into complex system using established frameworks.
  • Ensure system reliability and stability by contributing to unit and integration tests.
Your profile:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in C++ development on Linux.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
  • Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency and low latency programming.
  • Positive attitude towards learning new technologies.
  • Good communication and strong result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A background in financial markets and trading platforms will be of advantage.
