A leading snacks producer in Düsseldorf seeks a Business Transformation People and Culture Advisor to drive training initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support culture strategies. The ideal candidate will have several years in HR or people development, a relevant university degree, and strong leadership skills. The role requires travel across Intersnack locations for team integration and development. As a Business Transformation People and Culture Advisor, you will drive the creation and delivery of training programmes and people development projects to upskill team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement. You will support the development and implementation of people and culture strategies aligned with Intersnack’s HR strategy, partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, and oversee talent management programmes, including performance reviews and career pathing.
You will also support cultural initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Business Transformation department’s values and ways of working.
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Several years of relevant experience in HR, people development, or organisational culture
Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
