Business Resilience Manager (m,f,d)

The incumbent is a critical member of VOIS Corporate Security function reporting to the VOIS Global BCM Lead, accountable for creating and driving the key agenda primarily for VOIS Western Europe centre (Germany, UK, Ireland and Spain).
Responsibilities
- Implement and lead the annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) program as per policy, including Crisis Management.
- Ensure the Business Continuity Framework aligns with industry Good Practice Guidelines.
- Ensure that BCM program components (Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, Plans, Strategies, testing, etc.) are effective and up to date.
- Develop annual activity calendar and maintain the enterprise-wide business continuity program.
- Ensure the program is aligned with the Group framework and work closely with the Group BCM Team.
- Publish all reporting requirements, Group KPIs, RCC, etc.
- Ensure availability on call 24/7 during any disruptions or crisis.
- Manage end-to-end cycle of Crisis Management and Emergency Communications with Employees, Management, Business Units, and Partners through the Employee Notification System.
- Conduct crisis management simulation exercises and user testing of plans, ensuring actions are tracked to completion.
- Own and support projects and business initiatives.
- Support Annual Certification Audits and Internal audits.
What you will do
- Support the BCM Program & Initiatives for VOIS Western Europe including Crisis Management.
- Support stakeholder management across VOIS Western Europe and Group entities.
- Develop annual activity calendar and maintain the enterprise-wide business continuity program.
- Ensure alignment with the Group framework and collaborate with the Group BCM Team.
- Ensure BCM components (Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, Plans, Strategies, testing, etc.) are effective and up to date.
- Manage end-to-end cycle of Crisis Management, Emergency Communications with Employees, Management, Business Units, and Partners through the Employee Notification System.
What sets you apart
- Core expertise in Business Continuity and Crisis Management in a large-scale organization.
- Good understanding of Risk Management principles and frameworks.
- Ability to work cross different service lines, geographies, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of BCM Good Practice Guidelines.
- Understanding drivers of changing internal and external factors to the BCM Framework.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Professional Certification desired (CBCP, MBCI, DRI, etc.).
- ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Implementer Certification is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership internally and clients externally.
- Flexibility and willingness to support on-call duties given the nature of the role.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Continuity / Resilience roles.
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
