Business Process Analyst P2P (f / m / d)

Join PHOENIX, a leading pharmaceutical retailer in Germany and Europe, with operations in 29 countries, supporting millions of patients and thousands of pharmacies. Be part of our Corporate Business Services (CBS) team within the Group CFO organization as a Business Process Analyst P2P. Your role will focus on optimizing and streamlining global P2P processes, driving automation, and supporting strategic objectives through data analysis.

Location: Mannheim

Your Tasks
  1. Enhance Purchase-to-pay (P2P) process efficiency and accuracy
  2. Lead automation initiatives for PR / PO and Invoice workflows
  3. Utilize data mining to identify process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and propose solutions
  4. Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on specific P2P processes
  5. Monitor KPIs to assess process health and report P2P metrics and outcomes to leadership
  6. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Procurement teams to streamline P2P workflows
  7. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  8. Deliver P2P process-related trainings
  9. Support system implementations and upgrades
Your Profile
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or related processes
  3. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and P2P tools
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Lean Six Sigma and project management certifications are advantageous
  6. Independent worker with effective global team collaboration
  7. Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
  8. Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
  9. Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI) is a plus
