About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to strengthen the company’s presence in Germany and France (and later across Europe), with a focus on smart fire safety and electronic TRV (eTRV) solutions.

This is a remote role, engaging with major brands, telecom operators, and service providers. The mission is to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong commercial relationships. The role includes full ownership of negotiations and contract closures, as well as collaboration with international teams on strategy, sales, marketing, and product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the target market.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new B2B opportunities.
  • Drive acquisition of key strategic accounts in Germany and France.
  • Lead contract negotiations and high-level deal closings.
  • Manage and oversee projects with key stakeholders.
  • Build, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development, with a strong track record in new client acquisition.
  • Background in telecom, HVAC, smart home, or IoT solutions is highly valued.
  • Commercially astute with strong technical understanding.
  • Fluent in English; German and French are strong assets.
  • Independent, structured, KPI-driven, and results-oriented.
