Key Accountabilities
- Be an advocate for the Ortho portfolio sales business in the assigned territory
- Acquire, keep up-to-date and report in-depth knowledge of the territory, including information on current customers, business potential, competitor activity and market trends
- Continuously assess the territory and market, identify sales opportunities and develop unique ways to grow the business with the customers through sales strategy and market analysis
- Development and retain long, strong and effective partnership relations with decision makers in assigned key accounts by building consistent, long-term relationship with KOLs/Key Business Leaders
- Follow organizational objectives and country regulations to ensure high degree of compliance in business and ensure high integrity and ethical standards in transactions with all stake holders
- Provide technical advice and training to customers on company products to ensure high levels of user competence
- Promote through KOLs/Business Leaders scientific engagement at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency
- Identify, build and manage an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors/agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution
- Willingness to travel outside of the assigned territory for business purpose
- Establish relationships with key surgeons, key accounts, and associations to identify potential opportunities, and use resources to drive collaboration toward innovative solutions.
- Identify, build and manage an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors/agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives
Skills/Experience Required
- Life Science Graduates / Nursing Graduates/ Business Management (MBA) / Other relevant degrees will be considered
- Local language and business level proficiency in English
- At least 2+ years (ideally 3-6 years) of current experience in Joint Replacement field.
- Additional experience as front-line sales management position in Orthopedic implant industry would be a plus.
