Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building initial customer contacts, and actively supplying our sales team with qualified leads.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: You will identify potential customers and be responsible for successful initial contact through targeted outbound activities (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Customer Qualification: You will qualify new business opportunities and recognize needs early on to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Building & Maintenance: You will work closely with Account Executives to seamlessly hand over leads and constantly expand the sales pipeline.
  • Market Analysis: You will continuously analyze the market and competitive situation to identify new target groups and potential.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Initial experience in sales, customer contact, or business development, preferably in a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
  • Strong communication skills, high self-initiative, and a desire to build new customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate at the decision-maker level and enthusiasm for explaining complex technologies.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented work approach and persistence in cold acquisition and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic understanding of sales processes.
