Reporting to the Product Owner you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional Product Development Teams, Product Owners and Business Units. Bringing your experience, innovative ideas and creative thinking, you’ll help the team develop outstanding digital products and services (API, mobile and web). Your focus will be on delivering business value, creating seamless customer experiences and ensuring exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central liaison across four internal teams to ensure alignment, clarity and consistency in API‑related initiatives.
• Interpret API documentation and translate it into functional requirements and user stories.
• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document business and technical requirements related to internal APIs.
• Create process flows and functional documentation to support the design and implementation of API‑driven solutions.
• Ensure transparency, manage expectations and drive shared understanding throughout the API development cycle.

Bring to the team

• Excellent external and internal stakeholder management within a cross‑functional team.
• Proven experience working in digital product or services development (mobile or web) and experience working as part of agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills paired with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a holistic approach considering business and technical processes end‑to‑end.
• Fluency in business English; strong communicator and team player.
