A leading social media platform is seeking a Product Marketing expert to enhance product adoption across Europe. You will drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, manage a high-performing team in the DACH market, and represent the company in key industry events. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in product marketing, is skilled in data-driven strategies, and can effectively communicate with senior stakeholders. This role is critical for maximizing product penetration and ensuring long-term success.
As part of the Global Monetization Creative Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling product adoption across Europe, empowering advertisers to unlock TikTok’s full potential and driving sustained revenue growth through creative and innovative product solutions.
Our Advertiser Enablement is the gateway between Creative Product Teams and the EUI market, including both, TikToks's Global Business Solution Teams and our clients directly; we are the frontline for driving revenue, ensuring that Creative and Innovative Products are a lever for TikTok growth, and are adopted across our largest activations. Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial, high-EQ creator- and product marketing expert, who can lead a team bringing our advertisers’ visions to life. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management, collaborating with product teams, creative partners, creative teams, and content creators in a commercial context, with a proven ability to influence advertisers to embrace creative and innovative solutions as a catalyst for business success. Candidates should be equally comfortable navigating C-Level strategic conversations, high-level campaign performance discussions with marketing directors and negotiating incentive plans with creative partners to drive sustained engagement. - Own and lead creative, brand innovation and Commercial Partnership product strategy for the DACH market, driving revenue growth and maximizing product penetration.
