YOUR IMPACT
  • Design Excellence: Create high‑impact, brand‑compliant design assets for a wide range of marketing materials (digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and email templates).
  • Motion & Video: Develop and execute fundamental motion design and video assets for our marketing programs.
  • Branding & Governance: Actively contribute to the development and evolution of our branding()( ensuring consistent application of design guidelines across all channels.
  • Campaign Influence: Collaborate closely with Marketing teams (Events, Social Media, Content) on the visual conception and optimization of ongoing campaigns. You are expected to bring proactive ideas to improve program performance.
  • Template Management: Create, maintain, and provide training on design templates (e аха canva or MS Office) to increase efficiency for internal teams.
THIS IS YOU
  • Experience: At least 3‑5 years of professional experience in a comparable in‑house or agency role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Design Skills: Demonstrated expertise in classic graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing branding experience.
  • Motion Competency: Solid knowledge and practical experience in common tools for creating motion graphics and simple video edits (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Tools: Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and common prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

  • Languages: Fluent business English is mandatory. Knowledge of the German language is a distinct advantage.
