We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Backend Developer with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our growing team in Berlin. You will be part of backend team powers the leading retail optimization platform in Europe. You'll learn how advanced AI services can be shipped to our retail customers in the most reliable and secure fashion.

Your mission

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable backend applications using Python, Django and the django-ninja framework
• Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication with front-end applications and third-party services
• Identify and resolve bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure security and data protection.
• Work with our Frontend Developer and Product team on new Features that improve the user experience
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing codebase

Your profile

• German working permit required
• 1-2 years job experience in developer role is required for the job
• Proficiency with Python and the Django framework
• Familiarity with Django Ninja framework is a plus
• Experience with Google Cloudis a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
