Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Project Specialist (B2B, Website management) to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on ensuring operational excellence across our marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on website and CMS management, project management, and scalable process execution.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Team and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize our website as a key growth driver, streamline workflows, and support the delivery of high-quality B2B marketing initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities

Website & CMS Management

    • Manage the company website and CMS operations (WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS)
    • Continuously improve website performance (speed, SEO, UX) and ensure publishing accuracy
    • Expand and scale new pages and sections to support marketing campaigns and business growth
    • Collaborate closely with internal design and content teams to implement new elements and enhance the digital experience
    • Propose and test innovations such as AI-powered features, chatbots, personalization, or interactive components

Project & Process Management
    • Lead the operational planning and coordination of B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at high quality
    • Track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams
    • Develop and optimise processes to improve scalability and efficiency

Marketing Ops & Execution
    • Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, content, partnerships, web assets) with a website-first approach
    • Maintain structured documentation, dashboards, and reporting on website and campaign performance
    • Identify automation opportunities and implement workflow improvements to reduce manual effort

Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with internal product marketing, design, content, and tech teams to align website and campaign goals
    • Ensure smooth execution of projects and clear communication across stakeholders

Requirements

Must Have
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing operations with a strong focus on website management, project management and operational excellence
    • Strong CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS frameworks)
    • Proven track record in expanding website pages, improving site performance, and driving measurable results
    • Solid understanding of SEO, website analytics, and conversion optimization
    • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
    • Interest in innovation and comfort working with new technologies (AI tools, automation, personalization)
    • Fluent English (written and verbal); German a plus

Nice to Have
    • Familiarity with marketing collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Trello)
    • Experience in telecom, enterprise, or regulated sectors (tech, telco, fintech)
    • Experience in integrating AI-driven tools or web automation solutions
