Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the daily lives of people with disabilities.

They are looking to recruit exceptional individuals for their team of Field Sales Managers. These are full-time, permanent, home-office positions with frequent travel.

Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people with special needs
  3. Fluent in German and English
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  5. Coachable, self-motivated, reliable, with strong time management skills
  6. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop sales strategies and drive product sales within your territory
  2. Build and maintain relationships with B2B partners, distributors, low vision organizations, clinics, and opticians
  3. Increase market awareness by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community groups
  4. Participate in marketing activities, including product presentations at conferences and to potential users
  5. Handle incoming leads promptly through partners
  6. Qualify prospects, demonstrate products, and close sales with end-users (B2C) when appropriate
  7. Train partners and users on device usage, benefits, and value
  8. Coordinate daily with team members, provide activity reports, and engage in sales meetings and calls
