Job description
Tasks
  • Responsible for managing the shop-floor flow of dismantled components
  • Ensure material flow within the Military Support Center shops
  • Coordinate schedules with MRO departments (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) and internal interfaces such as surface treatment, washing station or blade manufacturing
  • Maintain and ensure the safety of transport trolleys
  • Assemble defined material packages and check accompanying documents (e.g. delivery notes, work orders)
  • Monitor and optimise logistics processes on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain a material database and ensure data quality for stored helicopter parts
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in logistics, e.g. as Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, or Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse and logistics operations
  • Initial experience in the aerospace industry is desirable
  • Good user knowledge of SAP, experience with SASPF is a plus
  • Fluent German (min. C1) and basic English skills
  • Valid forklift license
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely required
