Zusammenfassung

A leading global asset management company is seeking an Auditor Transition Support to join their team in Rheinland-Pfalz for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will assist in the Fund Auditor Transition program, ensuring project milestones are met. They must possess 5+ years of experience in asset management or audit, a degree in Finance or Economics, and strong communication skills. This role requires advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside a proactive and organised approach to teamwork and independence.

Qualifikationen

  • 5+ years experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting.
  • Strong understanding of investment fund processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent in English; French/Italian are advantages.

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of one of its client, a leading global active asset manager, for an Auditor Transition Support position based in Luxembourg for a duration of 12 months.

Your mission
  • Support the Fund Auditor Transition program and ensure alignment with project milestones
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist in the implementation of digital audit tools
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, auditors, fund boards, and regulators
  • Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and elevate issues when needed
  • Maintain oversight across all impacted funds throughout the transition process
Your profile
  • 5+ years experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting
  • Strong understanding of investment fund processes and regulatory requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Excellent analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proactive, organised, able to work independently and within a team
  • Languages: English (mandatory); French / Italian are an advantage
