As an Associate you will work in the German M&A team directly with senior bankers in country, industry and coverage teams on the origination and execution of investment banking mandates. This includes a wide variety of tasks, such as financial statement analysis, financial modelling, company and industry research, preparation of client presentations, deal documentation, etc.
The German M&A-Team advises major clients on their strategic analysis and execution of M&A transactions, considering the relevant legal structures and potential capital market consequences.
Depending on the level of experience a candidate already has, he / she will be involved / lead in the below tasks with an increasing level of responsibility :
