Über uns: At Amazon, we’re on the lookout for the curious, those who think big and accept challenges, willing to build the future with us. Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that aims to help strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business.

As an Associate Account Manager (internal title: Brand Specialist), you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce at a Pan-EU level, owning the relationship with your brand and structuring a short- and long-term strategy focused on brand growth and Customer Satisfaction. You will act as a consultant, driving selection and promotional activities, monitoring success metrics daily, and ensuring the brand’s experience with AVS demonstrates our customer obsession.

You will collaborate with different stakeholders to implement new ideas and processes within Amazon EU, such as Product Category Management, Supply Chain management, Finance, and Marketing, developing your skills and future career. Your role will focus on four crucial business areas:

  1. Core Service: Use deep data analytics to identify EU industry opportunities and recommend improvements to overall business performance through Amazon programs (e.g., Amazon Business) to drive long-term benefits.
  2. Availability & Operational Excellence: Drive EU supply-chain operational excellence by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and managing stock in our fulfilment centres.
  3. Promotion & Funding: Recommend marketing and advertising campaigns for brands to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversions. Manage promotional activities for Amazon events like Prime Day and drive brand weeks with vendors, working closely with Amazon Advertising to explore further marketing opportunities.
  4. Selection & IDQ: Grow product selection by managing new product launches and improving discoverability. Identify product gaps, onboard new products, and enhance the customer journey on Amazon through activities like store walkthroughs, competitor benchmarking, and creating enhanced content on detail pages.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or relevant background
  • Minimum 12 months professional experience in Business Operations, E-Commerce, or Management after graduation
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
