A vibrant donut shop in Berlin is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help run daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and lead a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, and leading by example on the shop floor. Ideal candidates will possess supervisory experience in hospitality, have a strong passion for customer service, and ideally have some knowledge of coffee. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and benefits.
As Assistant Shop Manager (gn) will assist the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of your store, keeping a close eye on the financial performance, motivating and training your team to perform at a high level every day and most importantly lead by example.

Serving our customers with a big smile, helping them with your donut‑expertise and brewing the most delicious cup of coffee is the most important part of your job.
We are a growing company, so the goal of this position is to take on a shop of your own in the future. We will support you on this journey by providing you with the training and tools you need for the job.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager at our Schöneberg Location, ideally on a 30hr/week base.
