HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
Finance
  • Manage daily accounting operations: bookkeeping, data entry, cash flow, banking, cashier functions, expense processing, cheque payments, and receipts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies in staff submissions and resolve monthly accounting queries.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate accounting reports (including monthly OT) to Head Office on time.
  • Verify and process staff expense claims and invoices promptly, ensuring adherence to procurement regulations.
  • Plan office expense budgets (OB, RE & LE) and manage costs, including vendor sourcing for competitive rates.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
Human Resources
  • Supervise payroll agency for timely and accurate monthly salary payments.
  • Coordinate income tax filings with local tax authorities.
  • Source competitive professional service vendors to enhance recruitment and market intelligence.
Administration
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager, Central Europe
  • Liaise with professional firms, government authorities, banks, and relevant parties on administrative matters.
  • Implement contractual requirements for insurance, utilities, and office management; handle purchases for office efficiency and security.
  • Manage staff income tax filings and office registration with government authorities.
  • Maintain office assets and equipment, ensuring sufficient maintenance coverage.
  • Oversee general office operations: printing, stationery, supplies, IT and phone systems, travel bookings, and customs clearance.
  • Manage fixed assets and inventory: conduct annual stock checks, coordinate replacements/disposals, and prepare monthly warehouse reports.
  • Maintain office discipline and compliance with company rules.
  • Handle office building rental, contract management, and relocation arrangements, including interior design and operational setup.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance / Administration / Project Management
  • Keen awareness of legal developments in the related area of work.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Basic understanding of office IT technology.
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal, coordination and negotiation skills
LOCATION
  • The position is located in our Frankfurt Office
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities
