Art Director (f / m / d)

To support our Art Direction team we are searching for a Art Director (f / m / d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead photoshoots from concept creation through on-set execution and post-production.
• Manage and execute a variety of creative projects, including graphic visuals, branding assets, and visual content.
• Oversee projects across Womenswear, Kids, and Lifestyle segments.
• Ensure all visuals reflect our brand’s identity while maintaining a contemporary and fashion-forward aesthetic.
• Select, coordinate, and manage external teams—photographers, models, HMUs, stylists, and visual partners—to realize creative concepts.
• Develop and present moodboards to inspire and direct the creative process, shaping Mytheresa’s aesthetic.
• Collaborate closely with Graphic Design, Fashion Editorial, Content, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience as an Art Director in fashion or luxury brands, with a portfolio showcasing work on model and still-life studio shoots.
• Excellent taste, with a keen eye for product detail and aesthetic quality.
• Deep knowledge of fashion, current trends, and what appeals to modern luxury consumers.
• Skilled in selecting and managing external collaborators—photographers, models, HMUs—and overseeing the creative process.
• A background in Graphic Design and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with video is a plus.
• Hands‑on mentality, detail‑oriented approach, collaborative spirit, and ability to coordinate with various internal departments.
• Passionate about creating visuals that feel relevant, elevated, and human.
