• Fluency in German and English.

You lead meetings annual reviews succession planning and promote continuous improvement.

You ensure customer satisfaction SQCDM performance and profitability by meeting and improving targets.

You lead daily problem-solving ergonomic risk elimination and action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics.

You contribute to project industrialization ensuring smooth startups and layout optimizations.

You inspire us with that:

You have a masters degree in engineering (Electrical Mechatronics Production Industrial Mechanical)

You have several years of professional experience in the production area

You have very good knowledge of MS Office

You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S TPM Standard Work 8D etc.)

You have very good analytical skills as well as the ability to solve problems

You have very good communication skills

You speak German and English fluently
