Position Description

As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in developing tooling and applications for business processes with a high degree of automation. You will collaborate closely with the development team and business stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient integration between applications and services.

This role is ideal for an energetic, motivated individual with an engineering mindset for problem-solving, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting high-quality standards.

In this role, you will:

1. Evaluate, integrate, implement (development and scripting), and administer applications according to the project requirements
2. Contribute to several projects running in parallel and applications at different stages of implementation
3. Help to define, implement, and document data flows
4. Help to define APIs and create integration requirements against 3rd party systems
5. Cooperate closely with DevOps to design and implement the needed infrastructure for reliable operations
6. Define and run tests for created integrations
7. Provide technical support for applications and tools

What you will need to succeed:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant technologies and integration projects
2. Deep understanding of application integration patterns and data lifecycle management concepts
3. Hands-on experience with scripting in Python and front-end frameworks like React
4. Familiarity with SaaS application development and customization
5. Experience with CRM, ETL tools, BI, or similar is an advantage
6. Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized with high attention to detail, and able to work under minimal supervision
7. Good written and verbal English communication skills
