Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Spedition.

Speed, reliability and cost efficiency are the key characteristics of a successful air freight service provider. As an air freight specialist, you will be networked with our colleagues on six continents and control flight connections, freight consolidations, door-to-door transports and express deliveries worldwide.

We are looking for active reinforcement for our Air Freight Healthcare team as an Export Specialist (m / f / d).

Location : Neu-Isenburg | Reference no. : Q | Type of employment : permanent

Your responsibilities :

• Independent order processing of air freight shipments
• Carrying out customs clearance
• Preparation of ABDs
• Confidential communication with customers, international branches, partners and agents
• Independent claims and complaints processing
• Preparation of quotations

Your profile :

• Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m / f / d)
• Further training in dangerous goods and training as an aviation security officer desirable
• Relevant professional experience in the field of air freight export
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of customs programs, e.g. Dakosy
• Flexibility, high level of commitment and customer orientation
• Organizational talent, negotiating skills and ability to work in a team
• Certified background check and aviation security training desirable
