The Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager who is also a medical doctor—a unique bridge between clinical reality and cutting-edge AI product development.

This role combines:

• AI-first product leadership – guiding the development of a SaaS platform that translates frontline clinical workflows into scalable, robust, and trusted features.
• Implementation leadership – ensuring Aiomics is successfully deployed across diverse environments: from single-doctor practices to Europe’s largest hospitals and telemedicine providers.

You’ll own the product journey from discovery to rollout, making sure features are:

• Derived from rigorous user research (qualitative + quantitative).
• Tested through intelligent A/B experiments, usability labs, and “speak-aloud” protocols.
• Prioritized with a strong compliance mindset—anchored in ISO 27001 today, and future-ready for evolving regulatory frameworks.

And don't worry, you are not alone in this: You will be working closely with a seasoned data scientist and a deeply experienced software developer, as well as a senior user experience and user interface designer, a fully fledged lawyer, and a medical doctor with a decade in digital innovation.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 6 Months

• Deep understanding of our product and its workflows, and ability to confidently demonstrate it to clinicians and hospital managers in German.
• Trusted relationships with at least ten pilot hospitals (and their highly motivated teams of clinicians, nurses, therapists, social service workers, and hospital leaders), translating their needs into clear product requirements.
• Product roadmap ownership: a validated and data-driven plan for our next releases, with measurable KPIs defined.
• First feature cycle completed: you’ve successfully led one full cycle of ideation → validation → rollout → feedback loop.
• Cross-team integration: you’ve become the natural bridge between data science, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

Must-have qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) with several years of clinical practice.
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills: able to gain the trust of both senior clinicians and hospital executives.

Preferred qualifications (one of the following):

1. A formal business qualification (e.g. MBA, BBA).
2. Several years at a top-tier consulting firm, with at least one promotion.
3. Product management experience in a renowned scale-up or health-tech company.
