Tasks
  • Further development of their AI-based solution to simplify documentation processes in the healthcare sector

  • Design and implementation of LLM-based applications with a focus on prompt engineering and output quality

  • Building Agentic AI solutions with modern frameworks

  • Development and optimization of ML pipelines and AI services in the Azure Cloud (Function Apps, Azure AI, Cognitive Services)

  • Fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained models via Azure AI APIs

  • Integration and operation of AI services from data preparation to monitoring in production environments

  • Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI services using modern DevOps practices

  • Contributing to technical architecture decisions within the AI team

Profile
  • A completed degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field of study

  • Fluent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in the development of AI-based software solutions

  • Solid knowledge of Prompt Engineering and practical experience with Large Language Models (GPT-4o, Llama or similar)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and their managed ML/AI services

  • Programming skills in Python and C#

  • Strong teamwork skills in an agile environment with a passion for project work

  • Advantageous: Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP Server), MLOps practices
