Our AI team develops smart solutions around AI workflows and AI agents – currently with a strong focus on process automation and chatbot assistants. We work closely with our clients, supporting them from the first idea all the way to the finished product, and often beyond.
For this, we need you as an AI Automation Project Manager & Consultant (m/f/d). From the proposal phase onward, you help shape new projects, dive deep into our clients’ challenges, analyze processes, understand their priorities, and translate them into clear product visions. You bridge the client perspective and the implementation team, think curiously and analytically, and develop solutions that truly convince and deliver real value.

• You oversee AI projects from the discovery phase to successful delivery, keeping time, budget, and quality on track.
• You understand client problems, prioritize requirements, and translate them into clear user stories that stay close to the user perspective.
• You coordinate between clients, developers, and architects, manage projects end-to-end, and handle escalations confidently.
• You take the lead in developing concepts, challenge solution approaches, and work with the client to validate whether the proposed solution really fits.
• You manage multiple projects in parallel and maintain oversight even when switching contexts.

What you bring along

• Several years of project‑management experience with direct client interaction, ideally in AI, software, or automation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM), ideally complemented by classical project‑management methods.
• Strong communication skills, business‑fluent in German & English, and experienced in dealing with diverse stakeholders.
• A solid technical understanding of AI technologies (e.g., AI agents, company GPT, automation workflows) and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• High intrinsic motivation for AI – you stay curious, ask questions, and use AI in versatile ways outside of work as well. New tools and technologies excite you, and you adopt them quickly.
• You collaborate closely with the team (on‑site or remote), bring the drive and team spirit needed to help build our new AI unit, and are willing to travel for project needs.
