The Role
You will be responsible for growing Mode Media’s mobile performance supply by sourcing, onboarding, and optimizing affiliate partnerships. Success means building a scalable supply pipeline, maximizing ROI for performance campaigns, and ensuring the highest traffic quality.
Who You Are and What You’ll Do
- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and recruit affiliates based on traffic quality, compliance, and scalability. Ensure smooth onboarding aligned with campaign goals.
- Account & Relationship Management: Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with affiliates, securing priority traffic and exclusive inventory.
- Revenue Accountability: Own revenue and margin targets tied to affiliate supply growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Work closely with Ad Ops and Product teams to troubleshoot discrepancies, compliance issues, and technical integrations.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze traffic quality and volume daily to identify underperforming partners and scale top performers.
- Industry Engagement: Attend events, monitor competitor activity, and stay current on affiliate marketing trends and fraud prevention practices.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 3–5+ years of working directly with and scaling affiliate relationships.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of attribution models (CPA, CPL, CPI) and fraud prevention practices.
- Vertical Experience: Background in mobile app categories such as gaming, fintech, or subscription apps preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency with Tune, Everflow, and similar platforms preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable using analytics platforms and BI tools to inform affiliate strategies.
- Additional Tools: Proficiency with Tune, Everflow, and other affiliate management platforms.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote, international environment.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of outcomes.
