Job description
Tasks
  • Creating and dispatching invoices and related billing documentation
  • Maintaining and verifying master, transaction, and pricing data for completeness and plausibility
  • Clarifying discrepancies in cooperation with internal departments and customer services
  • Producing evaluations and statistics to support process transparency
  • Assisting with financial closing tasks (e.g. semi-finished goods, accruals, receivables)
  • Supporting special projects and contributing to process improvements
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training, preferably as an industrial clerk, or equivalent qualification gained through professional experience
  • Solid understanding of business administration principles and internal company processes
  • Ideally, experience with accounting processes at Lufthansa Technik
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3
  • Advanced knowledge of German and English (min. B1)
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and international assignments
  • Openness to continuing professional development
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
