The Accounts Receivable Accountant manages the full AR cycle from invoicing through collections ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance across systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining cash flow health supporting subscription billing through Chargebee and ensuring accurate financial reporting in NetSuite.

Your Tasks

• Resolve internal and external billing queries via Zendesk for the Usercentrics and Cookiebot brands.
• Manage billing in line with the contract lifecycle including customer setup subscription creation and upsells in Chargebee.
• Issue customer refunds credit notes and reissue invoices as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to resolve billing-related questions or discrepancies.
• Upload invoices and manage customer registration in client portals (e.g. Ariba).
• Reconcile payments from providers (e.g. Stripe PayPal) in NetSuite to ensure accurate cash posting.

You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• High level of accuracy with a solid understanding of billing processes and their impact on accounting.
• Able to multitask effectively and collaborate across departments.
• Handles customer inquiries with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency.
• Resourceful in a fast-paced environment able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience with Salesforce Zendesk NetSuite preferred; strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Chargebee Ariba Stripe and PayPal is a plus.
