What you'll do
  • Lead customer engagements with deep domain expertise and guide expectations across sales and partner services
  • Understand the customer business goals and position the Business Suite and RISE with SAP as the journey to achieving them
  • Develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions
  • Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level
  • Progress opportunities for moving to cloud/expand footprint
  • Utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes
  • Leverage SAP’s comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
What you bring
  • Proven experience and deep understanding in Solution Sales and the SAP Solution portfolio, ideally with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition to drive customer value conversations
  • Proven contractual and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to address complex customer needs
  • Full working proficiency in German and Business English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus
  • Established relationships with account teams
  • Solid experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation
  • Customer-centric and results-driven
  • Strong commercial/deal support skills, especially subscription-based
