A prominent natural product company in Berlin is looking for a Conversion Analyst to manage and enhance their A/B testing program. This role involves collaboration with UX designers and developers to optimize testing processes aiming for measurable business impact. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in A/B testing and CRO, strong research methods, and excellent communication skills in both English and German. In this role youll combine your skills as a Conversion Analyst with those of a Project Manager for our A / B testing program. Youll co-shape and manage the roadmap for our multi-domain A / B testing program and co-drive its continuous improvement with our Head of CRO. This includes working closely with UX designers and developers to create an efficient and effective testing process that generates measurable business impact.
In addition you will use your expertise in heuristic analysis and qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive impact on user experience and conversion funnel improvement projects.
