Qualifikationen

Your role

In this role youll combine your skills as a Conversion Analyst with those of a Project Manager for our A / B testing program. Youll co-shape and manage the roadmap for our multi-domain A / B testing program and co-drive its continuous improvement with our Head of CRO. This includes working closely with UX designers and developers to create an efficient and effective testing process that generates measurable business impact.

In addition you will use your expertise in heuristic analysis and qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive impact on user experience and conversion funnel improvement projects.

  • Manage and enhance the operations of our multi-domain A / B testing program
  • Continuously collaborate with our UX designers and developers to advance A / B tests
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative CRO research on user behavior
  • Educate stakeholders on CRO best practices and workflows
  • Collaborate with our data and tracking experts to enhance our A / B testing setup and insight generation
  • Continuously monitor new developments in the CRO ecosystem and advise on their usefulness and adoption
Your profile
  • At least 3 years of in-depth experience with A / B testing and CRO
  • Demonstrated success managing an A / B testing roadmap and collaborating with UX designers and developers
  • Strong skills in CRO research methods (quantitative and qualitative) and heuristic analysis
  • Solid practical understanding of relevant statistical methods such as Bayes CUPED Multi-armed Bandits etc.
  • High interest in behavioral economics and consumer psychology and how to apply them in CRO
  • An understanding of the technical fundamentals of websites and how they correlate with the effort required for A / B testing development
  • You are mindful when it comes to establishing a test-and-learn culture as a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German (ideally C1 level)
