Sales Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They foster strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and work actively to increase your contribution.
- Customer Experience: Provide a world-class experience by engaging with customers, listening attentively, and demonstrating product benefits. Strive to make each customer's day better and leave them with a positive impression.
- Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including fighting animal testing, ethical buying, and our commitment to vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging. Promote these values through in-store engagement and community events to attract more traffic.
- Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge through ongoing learning, staying updated on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products tailored to customer needs.
Team Involvement
- Development: Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Take ownership of your growth by seeking feedback and opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Promote open communication, listen to team members' perspectives, and foster a sense of belonging by encouraging collaboration and recognizing individual contributions.
Operational Excellence
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and engaged. Participate actively in team efforts and stay informed about company news.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Stock and Inventory: Use merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales data to optimize the shopping environment.
- Policies and Procedures: Follow standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Experience with consultation-based service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Teamwork experience
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics
- Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Location: Pickering Town Centre | Pay: $20 CAD/hr
