Job Description

Ensure all paperwork and projects are processed and completed timely, according to established priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hotel mechanical systems such as domestic water, hot water, chilled water, and pool systems.
• Understand and assist with basic television, plumbing, and electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Support other engineers with repairs.
• Follow Omni fire alarm procedures and manage emergency situations.
• Adhere to Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
• Understand chiller operations.
• Clean work areas after completing tasks.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand chiller operations.
• Preferred experience in plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall, and wall vinyl repairs.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, including boilers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and control systems.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolding, or operate a man lift to work at heights up to 30 feet, often reaching above head for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
