Responsibilities

UP TO $2,000 SIGN-ON INCENTIVE

Note: Sign-on Bonus is not permitted for internal candidates.

Position Description:

  • Report to the assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor.
  • Manage your caseload and provide coverage for peer caseloads as needed, delivering direct clinical treatment compatible with the assigned model.
  • Conduct assessments by reviewing referral information, engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts to promote review and feedback, ensuring compliance with the assigned model.
  • Participate in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings.
  • Build relationships with community stakeholders (e.g., child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, judges, schools) to facilitate cooperation among service providers.
  • Manage extensive documentation requirements to comply with mandates from the agency, ACS, and other stakeholders, including the treatment model.
  • Document contacts and case progress promptly in agency electronic health records and other systems.
  • Adopt a strength-focused approach with families, stakeholders, and within the treatment team.
  • Be able to accompany families/clients to psychiatric and other community appointments.
  • Attend weekly supervision, consultation, and on-call meetings.
  • Manage extensive travel requirements.
  • Provide 24/7 coverage during the week and participate in a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Follow employee policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Engage appropriately with support departments for hiring, performance management, investigations, discipline, and restructuring of direct reports. Conduct regular supervision and performance evaluations.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned.

Salary Range: $65,662.50 - $74,162.50/year

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
