A prominent energy company is seeking a Residential Account Representative in Cape Breton to grow their residential customer base. This role involves acquiring new customers for heating oil and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Candidates should have 3-5 years of sales experience and excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and industry experience are preferred.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Residential Account Representative plays a key role in growing Parkland’s residential customer base within the Cape Breton region. This field‑based role focuses on acquiring new residential customers for heating oil, and related heating equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong prospecting, communication, and customer service skills to maximize growth and profitability in the territory.
