A customer service company is seeking a Work at Home Contact Center Representative for a full-time remote position. This role supports customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will make outbound calls to prospects and customers, acquire new customers, upsell existing ones, provide information on client products and services, and resolve support issues.
