What a Work at Home Contact Center Representative Does

This role supports customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will make outbound calls to prospects and customers, acquire new customers, upsell existing ones, provide information on client products and services, and resolve support issues.

Responsibilities
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade.
  • Explain and position the products and processes with customers.
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team appropriately.
  • Ensure first‑call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
Qualifications
