• Education Required: Associates Degree, specifically Civil Engineering Technology Degree (C.E.T), or a Survey Technology Program
• Years of Experience Required: 5 years, with preference in the heavy construction field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Willingness to take ownership and implement creative ideas
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Gold Seal Certification is considered an asset

• Estimating job requirements and completing quantitative surveys
• Laying out job plans and activities, as well as coordinating equipment and resources
• Directing on-site subcontractors
• Tracking project costs
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Construction layout, quality verification, and resolving design issues in the field
• Preparing as-built summaries
