A leading supply chain solutions company in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Service Repair Technician to provide on-site service and repair for equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, training employees, and developing service proposals. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and experience in service and repair. - 2 years required; 3 years preferred of diagnostic experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate on site at customer locations and provide equipment installation and repair.
- Diagnose equipment problems and train employees.
- Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for service and repair.
- Ensure items are tagged and calibrated for rental equipment.
- Enter rental and repair orders in system.
- Provide on-site and in-house product demonstrations.
- Expedite orders and follow up with customers relating to service orders.

Shift: Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

- High school degree or equivalent required
- Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations required
- 2 years required; 3 years preferred of service and repair experience

- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
