What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Connect with Clients: You'll form genuine relationships with new and current customers. We'll show you how to ask the right questions and listen attentively so you can suggest insurance products that actually suit their requirements.
  2. Provide Customized Solutions: As you get to know our variety of insurance products (accident, sickness, life, etc.), you'll guide clients through their choices and clarify policies in simple terms.
  3. Sell with Integrity: We design our sales process to build on trust and openness, rather than aggressive closing. Your responsibility will be making customers feel positive about their purchasing decisions.
  4. Problem-Solve: If a customer has questions or needs help with their coverage, you’ll be their go-to person for quick and helpful solutions.
  5. Meet Your Goals: You’ll have clear sales targets, but you’ll also have a team that’s there to help you reach them.

  1. No Experience? We don’t need you to have a background in insurance or sales. We’re more interested in finding people who are motivated, curious, and excited to learn.
  2. No Cold Calling: Forget about dialing random numbers or trying to convince uninterested people. This takes the pressure off, so you can focus on having genuine conversations and offering helpful solutions.
  3. You’re a Natural Communicator: You can communicate with people in a way that's friendly, concise, and respectful. If you've ever been complimented on being a 'people person,' this role was designed for you.
  4. You’re Organized: Working remotely requires self-discipline, but if you enjoy creating to-do lists and staying on top of your schedule, you’ll feel right at home.
  5. You’re Coachable: We’ll provide plenty of guidance, and you’re someone who’s open to feedback and eager to apply it.
  6. You’re Motivated by Goals: Hitting a target and knowing you’ve helped someone in the process feels like a win for you.
